Depending on the version of the Paystack app on your terminal, you may be required to enter a four-digit passcode to print an End-of-day report and the last transaction receipt.
You can set a unique passcode for each of your terminals. Here's a quick video on how to do this.
- Click “Settings” from the homepage
- Scroll down to the “Administrator Operations” section and select "Set Terminal Passcode"
- Type in your Paystack dashboard login details (email address and password) on the screen.
- Set a 4-digit Passcode of your choice
Once set, you'll be required to enter the passcode anytime you want to print the last transaction receipt or End-of-day reports.
Note that if the wrong Passcode is entered up to four (4) times, you’ll be required to log in with your Paystack Dashboard email address and password to create a new passcode. You can also set a new passcode at any time from the “Administrator Operations” section on the settings page.
Feel free to reach out to us at support@paystack.com if you encounter any issues with this process, and we’ll be happy to resolve them.
