Businesses in Kenya can now make offline top-ups. You can upload the proof of payment made through bank transfers, track the status of the top-up and view the top-up details on your Paystack dashboard.

How to Use the Offline Top-up Feature
Make a top-up request
- Log In: Access your Paystack dashboard. Click on 'Topup'.
- Navigate: In the pop-up window that appears, click on 'Top up Balance'.
3. Select the 'Offline top-up via bank transfer option'.
4. You will be provided with Paystack's bank account details to make the transfer. Please use the 'details of payment' as the reference number when making the payment.
5. Upload: In the 'upload confirmation of bank transfer' section button, upload your proof of payment for our team to apply the correct balance to your account. Please note you can only upload one proof of payment at a time. Once uploaded, click on 'submit'.
Tracking top-up requests
- Navigate to the Balance option under the transfers section on the left-hand panel.
- Go to the 'Offline Top-ups' tab.
3. You will then see more information about the top-up request i.e. the proof of transfer uploaded, a timeline of actions performed on your top-up request, and if a top-up request is rejected, the reason will be indicated under the comments section.
