How can I confirm a payment made to my PT Account?

Paystack merchants with PT accounts have the ability to requery their PT accounts directly from the Paystack Dashboard to confirm delayed topups.

Ideally, when you make a transfer to your PT account, your balance is automatically topped up with the transferred amount within a few minutes. However, in some cases, your balance may take a bit longer to get topped up after making a successful transfer from your bank.

With this feature, you’re able to requery the account directly to confirm inflows into the account. Once you click on the requery button, we’ll check to confirm any pending inflows into your account and automatically update your Paystack balance accordingly.
