Transaction Error: Unknown transaction

What does 'Unknown transaction' mean?

This is a bank error and it is most common with First bank transactions initiated via the Pay with Bank channel on the checkout form.

What can I do about it?

The customer needs to retry the transaction at a later time or escalate to the Paystack support team if the error persists.
