What does 'Unable to perform transaction, try again' mean?
This error typically occurs when there is a brief transaction processing downtime. It can also mean that the customer has insufficient funds to complete the transaction.
What can I do about it?
Kindly wait for about an hour before retrying the transaction. It's also helpful to confirm if the mobile money wallet being used to transact is sufficiently funded.
