Apple Pay is a wallet service that enables users to make payments using any of the supported devices in iOS apps and on the web using Safari. As a Ghanaian, Ivoirian, Kenyan, Nigerian or South African merchant with international payments enabled for your business, you can enable Apple Pay from your Paystack Dashboard.
Important to Note
To activate Apple Pay as a payment channel for your business, you must first be enabled for international payments. To enable international payments for your business, please refer to this article: How do I turn on international payments on Paystack?
To activate Apple Pay, please visit your dashboard preferences under Settings and tick the Apple Pay box under 'Accept payments via.'
You will then be directed to click to enable Apple Pay by agreeing to the Apple Pay Platform Web Merchant Terms and Conditions.
If you're using Paystack Storefront or Payment Pages, no additional configuration is required to use Apple Pay.
However, if you plan to use Apple Pay on a website or iOS app, you will need to register and verify all of the web domains that you want to accept payments on with Apple Pay. You can refer to our Developer Documentation for a detailed guide on how to do this.
