Why do you need this information for my business?
In Ghana, we are regulated by the Bank of Ghana and are required to collect these details as a payment processor to comply with Ghanaian laws.
What information do you need for my business?
We require different types of compliance information based on your business type, and we've broken down the information needed for the different types below.
Starter Businesses for Ghana-based merchants
As a Starter business based in Ghana, we require you to provide us with your contact information and business owner details. This includes a valid government-issued identification, such as your Passport or Ghana Card (preferred). You'll also be required to provide details for a payout account, which can be a personal mobile money or bank account. Additionally, you'll need to provide your address information, including your GPS address or a document to serve as proof of address. Registered Businesses for Ghana-based merchants
For Ghana-based Registered businesses, we require different types of information from you based on your Registration type. However, all registered businesses must provide their business registration documents, a corporate bank account or merchant mobile money account, and details for the directors or business owners.
We've outlined a brief overview of the different Registration types and what information we require below:

- Form 3. This is the registration form for returns of particulars for the company limited by shares
- Tax Identification Number. This is a unique identification number issued to taxpayers
- You will also need to provide information on at least two directors of your business.
- Finally, you will need to identify people who, together, own at least 51% of this business.

- Form 3C. This is the registration form for a public company limited by shares
- Tax Identification Number. This is a unique identification number issued to taxpayers

- Form B. This is the registration form for limited liability partnerships.
- Tax Identification Number. This is a unique identification number issued to taxpayers.
- You will also need to provide information on at least two directors of your business.

- Certificate of Incorporation
- Form 3B. This is the registration form for a company limited by guarantee
- Tax Identification Number, which is a unique identification number issued to taxpayers
- You will also need to provide information on at least two directors of your business.
- Finally, you will need to identify people who, together, own at least 51% of this business.

- Form 20. This is the form for particulars of an external company requiring registration

- Finally, you will need to identify people who, together, own at least 51% of this business.
