Zoho Checkout is a versatile tool designed to streamline payment processing and enhance revenue management for businesses. It enables effortless collection of both one-time and recurring online payments through customised payment pages, offering a flexible and efficient solution.
With the Paystack plugin for Zoho Checkout, you can now use Paystack as a payment provider on your Zoho Checkout, and accept payments in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa!
Here's how to set it up and get started
Prerequisite
Before installing the Paystack extension, it's essential to have a Zoho Checkout account. You can easily sign up at their website. Once you have an account, you'll be asked to choose an existing organisation or create a new one.
Install the plugin
The Paystack plugin is available in the Zoho Extensions Marketplace. Navigate to this link and click the Install button. Accept the terms of service, select the appropriate organization, and proceed with the installation.
Setting up your plugin
To configure the Paystack Gateway to work with Zoho Checkout:
- Navigate to Settings → Payments Gateways.
- Choose Paystack from the list of payment methods.
- Click on the Set Up button.
Enter Your API Keys:
The Paystack plugin configuration require your secret key and public key.
Locate these keys in the Developer Settings on your Paystack Dashboard. After entering your keys, save your configuration. Your customers can now pay using Paystack.
☝🏻 Remember to switch out your test keys for your live keys when you’re ready to accept real payments.
Testing the plugin:
To verify the correct configuration of the Paystack gateway, you can:
- Design a payment page with customization options to suit your requirements. Please note that the Paystack Payment plugin only supports one-time payment.
- Make the payment page live.
- Test a payment by previewing the process.
Voila! You’re all set and ready to accept payments with Paystack on Zoho Checkout
