Paystack is not involved in converting the currency of an international customer to your local currency. The customer's bank is responsible for converting their currency and settling us the exact amount and currency you set. This means we can guarantee you will receive the exact amount you charged for minus our transaction fees.
For example, if you are expecting GHS 50 from a customer in Spain, their bank will deduct the equivalent of GHS 50 from their account and settle us that exact amount. We'll deduct our fees for international payments and settle you the rest.
