How do I disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on my Paystack Dashboard?

You can disable 2FA on your Paystack dashboard by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Paystack Dashboard.

  2. Click on Settings>>Profile

  3. Toggle the Two-factor authentication button.

  4. Open your authenticator app and enter the generated six-digit TOTP into the fields on the pop-up below as seen below. Click Disable.

Important to Note: 2FA works on a user basis. This means that disabling 2FA only disables it for your user account and not any other user account that has 2FA enabled.
